DUINE HOTEL REVIEW AT KOŁOBRZEG, POLAND

 During one of my trips to Poland, I visited Kołobrzeg, a coastal tourist town in the North West of Poland. Through booking.com, we found lodging at DUINE HOTEL. Well, why not make a review about it. 

DUINE HOTEL REVIEW IN KOLOBRZEG, POLAND.

     DUINE Hotel is a combination of luxury condos and a hotel at the same time. Our booking was not through the hotel. It was via an agency renting someone's condo. The process was a bit confusing, and we did not receive the best customer service. This is no way a reflection of the hotel staff, as they had nothing to do with our booking. 

    The luxury condo however made up for the lack of customer service.  The place was amazing, located  only a stone throw away from the beach. It was a one bedroom apartment with an open floor plan of living room and kitchen. There was a balcony in the bedroom as well as the living room. You can  even smell the waves crashing on the shore. 

   As far as convenience, it's Poland; everything is within walking distance.  Shops, groceries, outdoor markets, and restaurants were all within a mile radius. I had the chance to try Arte, this amazing restaurant right inside the Hotel. It requires its own review on a later post. There is also a spa for couples massages right within the hotel. I didn't get a chance to try it out. 

   Affordability was surprisingly good, if you take into account the location, and the state of the apartment. Price will vary, of course; but during our stay it cost us around 60 dollars per day. It most likely will be more expensive during peak tourist season.  I suggest that you visit right at the end of summer or the beginning of autumn. 

   Overall, my stay at the DUINE Hotel was a great experience. It's located in a good spot for your daily walk on the beach. Its convenience makes it an ideal place for families as well as couples wishing to rekindle their romance. From 1 to 10, DUINE Hotel is definitely an 8.
